Tara C. Early, Partner

Ms. Early started with the firm in 1995 when it was known as Stanton & Gasdick, P.A. She became a partner in the firm since 2001, and a named partner of Gasdick Stanton Early, P.A. in 2015.  In 2024, Ms. Early branched off with Michael Gasdick to become Early Law, P.A.

Ms. Early has overseen the firm’s timeshare practice since 2010, and has practiced timeshare, real estate, and banking law since her admission to the Florida Bar in 1999. She implemented the firm’s timeshare judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes, allowing the firm to provide effective and affordable timeshare foreclosure services to developers, mortgage holders and owner’s associations.

Ms. Early received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctor at Stetson University College of Law.  Ms. Early is a member of the Florida Bar, Unites States District Court – Middle District of Florida, Orange County Bar Association, and the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) Chairman’s League.  Ms. Early has been a member of the Orange County Tourist Tax Sports Incentive Committee Advisory Board since its inception in 2018.  She is on the Greater Orlando Sports Commission Advisory Board, as well as on the non-profit board of South Orlando Soccer Club.  Outside of the office, she shares a passion for sports and is an avid soccer and Orlando City SC fan.
